Mocha Lab is a locally owned laboratory, set up as one of the technically advanced Civil & Environmental Engineering laboratories. The laboratory was established in 2008 and is dedicated to provide the highest quality professional services in a timely and cost-effective manner. It was established to perform site investigations; testing for all the civil engineering materials, sampling and analysis of water and wastewater parameters in South Africa and within the region.
Our clients include Government Agencies, Local Authorities, Civil & Environmental Engineering Consultants, Local Residential and Commercial Property Developers, Engineering Contractors, Public Regulatory Agencies and NGOs.
Our aim is to Expand into a world class laboratory which is competent, dynamic, technically advanced, collaborative and ethical in the testing of all Civil & Water or Environmental Engineering materials in the region.

Our engineers, technicians, and laboratory technical staff have a wide range of local knowledge and relevant expertise and this team is at its toes seeking avenues for growth and expansion into new areas to develop and enhance our reputation for providing quality services.
Our laboratory test procedures are performed in compliance with applicable standards, which vary according to the nature of the project. Mocha Labs is undergoing accreditation of its operations with SANAS in accordance with the ISO 17025 procedures, which include structured proficiency testing programmers and frequent internal and external assessments, ensuring consistent reliable laboratory results.
Our laboratory consists of a soil as well as the water and wastewater laboratories.
